Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Local Pick Up

We offer free shipping within Canada and the US on orders over $200 CAD (before taxes). Free local pick up is available from our studio in the Cathedral area, you will be contacted via email to arrange a pick-up time once your order is ready to go.

For orders under $200 - standard Canada post rates apply at checkout. 

Items will ship/be ready for pick-up within 1-2 business days of the order being placed (not including weekends and holidays). Delivery times are estimates, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, but do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible!

Customers are responsible for any customs and import fees that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Central Standard is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.  Once the item has shipped, it is no longer our responsibility. 

Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns for a refund or exchange on new, unworn items in their original condition within 30 days of the date of purchase. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will process returns/exchanges once we have received your package. All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs.
