Shipping & Returns
We offer free shipping within Canada and the US on orders over $150 CAD (before taxes).
For orders under $150 - standard Canada post rates apply at checkout.
Free local pickup is available for orders in the Regina area - select the 'local pickup' option during the check out process and we will be in touch via email to arrange a pickup time with you. Local pickups will be by appointment only, from our studio location - 2275 Albert St., #201 (2nd floor) - curbside pickup is available, just let us know if that is your preference.
Items will ship or be ready for pick up within 1-2 business days of the order being placed (not including weekends and holidays). Delivery times are estimates, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, but do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible!
Customers are responsible for any customs and import fees that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Central Standard is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Once the item has shipped, it is no longer our responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to accept returns for a refund or exchange on new, unworn items in their original condition within 30 days of the date of purchase. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will process returns/exchanges once we have received your package. All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs.
